Description

As an Investor Relations Coordinator, you will have a key role within the IR team by coordinating corporate access, managing events organization and supporting team members in their daily activity.


Key duties and responsibilities

1) Corporate access coordination
IR strategy

  • Prepare target lists using specific databases (Rivel, CMi2i, Nasdaq) and ensure key investors are met in accordance with the strategy defined
  • Act as the IR key contact for corporate access teams gather intelligence regarding bestpractices, trends, locations, events, etc.
Broker-led activity

  • Deliver effective organisation of broker led roadshow activity and conference attendance
  • Manage meeting schedules by researching investors and following up with the team
  • Take full responsibility of logistics virtual or physical related to roadshow and conference activity
Record Keeping

  • Maintain the IR playbook to track IR activity and execution of strategy
  • Use Nasdaq to monitor IR activity roadshow and conference activity, meeting notes, broker quality, comex participation, etc in order to enable effective reporting and analysis
  • Maintain broker client lists
Evaluation of Corporate Access strategy

  • Critical evaluation of tools currently used (Rivel, Nasdaq etc) to assess whether they support IR strategy sufficiently/whether they are being used to their full capacity
  • Establish and develop new processes to enhance communication and record keeping.

2) Event management

  • Manage access/delivery process for quarterly webcasts (definition of requirements, selection of providers)
  • Manage organisational aspects of IR Day
  • Document above processes
  • Alternative marketing organisation of any additional events introduced into RS strategy (expert lunches, sales presentations, reverse roadshows)

3) IR Team assistant support

  • Provide travel organisation for team
  • Provide virtual meetings organisation for team
  • Manage IR director level agenda / (comex meetings/travel)
  • Maintain effective schedule of suppliers and services (systems, licences etc)
  • Monitor and manage contracts against budget for the department
  • Maintain strong internal relationships with comex executive assistants

Required experience & competencies

Experience:


  • Experienced in a modern corporate culture
  • Experienced in dealing confidently with all levels including senior executives

Personal Competencies:


  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a sometimes pressured environment
  • Selfdirected and able to perform assignments independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills and outgoing nature
