Desktop Support Engineer
Job Type:
Full Time (12 + CONTRACT )
Vos compétences
Required Skillset
- Minimum of 13 years of IT experience.
- Experience of support enduser devices in an enterprise desktop environment.
- Windows 710, Microsoft Active Directory, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting, Enterprise antivirus solutions.
- Mobile device management including IOS and Android devices, enterprise encryption solutions
- Basic experience with Networks and enduser infrastructure systems such as Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, VPN and Antivirus soft
- Proven analytical, troubleshooting, and problemsolving skills.
- Basic Networking Skills
- Proven ability to multitask, effectively determine priorities and meet SLAs.
- Local french language is mandatory, plus good command of English
