Your role & mission

Explore best available technologies, material, automation and/or processes in an effort to make best efficient products and/or services in terms of safety, performance, costs and reliability.

Your main activities

Manage research programs with external suppliers or institutions;
Explore various technical solutions, assess them, and make recommendations;
Collect feedback from operations on products & propose development programs;
Lead research programs;
Manage planning, load and resources for his/her activity;
Develop technical content, e.g., concepts, calculations, experiments;
Create documentation and present results internally and externally;
Planning, monitoring and evaluation of measurement campaigns in cooperation with research institutions;
Develop test programs with external subcontractors and/or laboratories;
Be active on conferences & with external stakeholders, get new ideas on component & products;
Manage simulation tools for HRS.

Your profile

Main skills: _
Large scale of technical competencies:
Pressure equipment;
Automation regulation;
Process control;
Laboratory testing.
Ability to synthesize external information to build a requirement's matrix and specification for an efficient research program;
Ability to provide support to organization in growing technical knowledge about new solution;
Ability to estimate time and load of the activity.

Completed university studies in process engineering, mechanical engineering, automation engineering, or comparable courses of study with corresponding specialization

This position is particularly suitable for a young doctor (BAC+8)

Fluent written and spoken French and English, German and Italian is an advantage
Teamwork in an intercultural environment
Knowledge on hydrogen will be a plus.

What we offer

Working conditions:

Full time position
Remuneration: package consisting of a base salary with a bonus

- lunch vouchers (8€ per day, 50% covered by McPhy)

75% reimbursement of public transport
Reimbursement of bicycle kilometres travelled between home and work (40 cts per kilometers with 300€ limitation per year)
