GloBal MARKETING ASSISTANT

Responsabilités / detail tasks

Support the global marketing team with its daily activities including, but not limited to:
Support the development of marketing initiatives, including promotional and awareness tools.

Act as a project or timeline manager and central coordinator of internal / external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and vendors.

Coordinate material review process with Medical, Regulatory and Quality teams (planning, filing, status updates,). Follow-up, tracking, and regular updates.

Be a central player for budget tracking: creation of purchase orders, coordination with finance, invoicing follow-up. Regular updates to the team.

Manage contracting with third-parties and external experts.

Planning and management of international events: seminars, congresses, standalone meetings.

Centralize communication with affiliates and business partners.

Support with internal communication to leadership: data extraction, monthly / quarterly reports

Formation et experience / Education and experiences

Bachelor+3/licence

5+years of proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry
