To bring this vision to market, Edelman is looking for a

Project Manager to start as soon as possible.

What is waiting for you:
You estimate and define scopes in partnership with our discipline leads; you partner with the Account in the development of Statements of Work
You liaise with Resource Management to align planning/creative/producer needs and forecast staffing requirements
You oversee, manage, and communicate the status of straightforward creative initiatives and/or workstreams within complex integrated programs
You ensure quality and consistency across all projects, while adhering to Edelman and the clients' process
You use established project management tools, author and maintain project schedules, cost estimates and project financial management
You partner with Account and Finance team to ensure projects stay on budget, fees are appropriate, and SOWs are approved
You alert teams when projects are out of scope or running hot. You also advise when Change of Work orders are needed
You oversee and manage a team of Juniors and Midlevel colleagues
You provide project status on a regular basis to the project team
You work with the Client Leads to resolve projectrelated issues
You escalate larger project issues when needed

What you bring to the table

You successfully completed university degree or comparable
You have at least 3/4 years of professional experience in project management in a traditional and/or digital agency environment
You can think strategically and conceptually and alsohave the ability to calculate and budget
You have very good organizational skills with attention to detail
You have strong team and communication skills
