In this context, the Marketing team's mission is to build on Hennessy's cultural power to sustainably grow the brands.

A new organization has been announced to enable the Marketing Team to accelerate growth and fuel desirability with sharper in-house expertise (Retail, Digital, Artistic) and the Masterbrand team to successfully lead strategic programs across the portfolio.

The Festive Program Assistant supports global portfolio strategies rooted in cultural partnerships.

Embedded in the Maison's value strategy, the Festive Program Assistant supports the program manager in delivering integrated long-lead 360 programs including portfolio offers (VS, VSOP, XO), consumer experiences (retail, on-trade, digital) and communications (ATL & BTL).

The success of the Festive Program Assistant lies in a personal connection with the targeted cultures & communities as well as an outstanding capacity to work with transversal teams


GLOBAL CULTURAL PROGRAMS
To do so, you will

  • Assist in the creation of the 360° program, offers and tools development for 2023 & 2024 projects (i.e Chinese New Year, Gifting ) by bringing creativity and edge to the programs
  • Collaborate in limited edition development by engaging with development team, support mockups realizations and attend BAT
  • Establish a positive collaboration with a multifunctional project team composed by other marketing entities (Retail, Digital & Influence, Artistic direction) and other key business partners (Product Development & Operations, Business Development, Finance)
  • Collaboratively work with Core Brand Teams to ensure the efficient articulation between Masterbrand Programs and Brand strategies
  • Lead strategic business tools maintenance: visuals platform, assets management platform, newsletter

PARTNER WITH KEY MARKETS


When working on Festive Programs, we consider Market teams as Key Business Partners, and articulate the strategy and ambition from a shared vision.


  • Establish long lasting relationship with key market actors and engage in regular conversation with them to encourage collaboration
  • Support local marketing teams (Asia, Europe, Americas) in the implementation of activations, as well as any marketing related questions (product information and assets, distribution strategy,)
  • Gather data from markets and extract key information to make program recommendation

TEAM PLAYER
Energy is key when working on transversal team, the assistant needs to be a true energy provider to keep positive engagement of all key players with manager supervision

  • Prepare internal presentations: business updates, best practices, team meetings
Recommend exciting new ways to engage the team and put them to practice


Profile:


Education :
Currently in a Business School or equivalent (Master level or Bac+5)


Languages :
English + French fluent, written and spoken, Mandarin would be a plus


Professional experience & know how:


  • Extensive understanding of Marketing/Brand Management concepts
  • Previous internship in marketing and luxury environments, an experience working abroad would be a plus

Technical & management skills:


  • Ability to work in highly complex & fastmoving international environment
  • Worldclass Marketing skills : integrated communications, product development, insights and analytics, trade programs, digital, new channel, consumer journey
  • Business savviness & financial acumen
  • Strong Computer skills (Excel and PowerPoint)

Personal & interpersonal skills:


  • Driven for creative solutions, Result oriented
  • High sense of aesthetics, cultured, sophisticated
  • Outstanding communication skills both written and oral
  • Exceptionally organized, reliable, and able to prioritize/meet tight deadlines

As a 1-year apprentice, you'll gain a strong understanding of the various business groups and the multitude of components supporting them.
