UpperKey is now looking to hire a
Maintenance Technician in central Paris.


The main scope of this position is to contribute to the company's expansion in Paris and to ensure its continued success.

The maintenance of our properties and the high standard quality we are providing are keys to the success and the relations we have with our clients.


Your main responsibilities:


  • Maintaining works in repair, electricity, plumbing, paint works;
  • Installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems while observing all statutory and legal requirements;
  • Running tests on electrical components to ensure a safe and effective installation;
  • Inspecting electrical systems and equipment for damage, malfunctions, and safety hazards;
  • Fault finding and diagnosis;
  • Custom circuit design;
  • Ensuring all accidents, incidents, near misses and nonconformances are fully reported;
  • Repair locks/change locks;
  • Reporting about the works to our Operations team

About you:


  • French and English speaker;
  • Trustful, confident, responsive, autonomous and movable to our properties;
  • Bringing positive energy to the dynamic startup and adapting to company culture;
  • Electrical certification and good skills as a locksmith.

Availability :
minimum of 20h per week

Payment : 25€ per hour.

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary: 25.00€ per hour
