Responsibilities:


Along with the below listed responsibilities, the employee should conduct any other business related to the function as required by her or his supervisor.


  • Customer excellence & Data analytics
  • Animate & maintain Juices Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool in coordination with the commercial & logistic teams as well as the global digital transformation team
  • Support our regional and global commercial and marketing team contribution towards Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes i.e. customer knowledge, customer management, opportunities management, case management etc
  • Analyze and understand Juices platform BI needs, searching for opportunities to improve current model and transform Juices business processes
  • Contribute to our customer centricity journey while deploying group and platform customer centricity objectives
  • Support commercial team to enter sales confirmation
  • Support the commercial team to request FX hedge requests & ensure consistency with sales contracts
  • Identify system improvement possibilities
Assist in the coordination of bottling activities of existing projects- Prepare the monthly reporting of the existing projects

  • Support the project team in the daytoday activities with third copackers located in Europe
  • Coordinate with platform SnOP, logistic, quality, execution & accounting teams to ensure adequate planning, purchasing & operations to meet customer sales needs at their required timing
  • Stand as a point of contact for external & internal clients located in China & Indonesia

What will be your duties & responsibilities:

  • Become the "go to person" for traders users' community driving adoption and removing roadblocks to effectively embed BI Solutions in business processes
  • Create strong and trusting relationships not only with your key business internal & external business partners but also with your IT colleagues achieving success as one team
  • Support business partners in the test phases and organize training sessions as required
