Mission Technical Project Manager
With the RTP team for train safety products (black boxes) within our design office, the Technical Project Manager will have the following main responsibilities:

  • Pilot, coordinate and plan the studies of the project, from its launch to commissioning and production in compliance with the processes of the FAIVELEY Transport group, in interface with the industrialization, mechanical, electronic and RAMS teams.
  • Guarantee the delivery of studies in compliance with predefined QCD (Quality, Cost, Time) objectives.
  • Manage project risks and alert if QCD objectives are called into question and/or if the proposed solutions do not meet the client's contractual expectations.
  • Be the interface and the technical guarantor of the product visàvis the customer
  • Arbitrate the technical choices with the support of the heads of the technical groups and architects
  • Ensure monthly QCD reporting: budget, schedule, hot spots, hours consumed and define the rest to be done.

Experience:

  • Engineer with a technical focus in electronics and/or embedded software, you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the development of embedded software

Required Skills:

  • You are already familiar with standardized safety environments (EN50128, DO178C)
  • Your English is fluent

Required qualities:

  • Endowed with a spirit of analysis and synthesis, you have real relational, editorial ease and a sense of listening.
  • You easily adapt to new technologies (Ethernet, webserver, webservices, etc.) and to different projects.
  • You are able to lead and federate a development team
  • Motivation, tenacity and scientific rigor will be key assets for this position
  • Organized and reactive, you will have to deal with the diversity of problems encountered
Mission to start as soon as possible to 12 months minimum (visibility of the mission: 2 to 3 years).
