You will join our eMobility Division, which is currently experiencing massive growth thanks to various recent major wins. eMobility designs and manufactures innovative energy converters primarily used in the automotive industry. We are looking for an Power Electronic Coordinator to join our team. The position is based at our Montrottier factory (less than an hour away from Lyon).


What you'll do:

Job Summary:
_**You will coordinate an international development team across several sites using agile methods. You will build the sprint schedule with the team, follow up and review the outcomes. You measure the teams' performance using KPIs and feedback on how to improve activities and processes.


_ Job Responsibilities:
_


  • Facilitate the develop and launch new products, using Eaton's stagegate process for on time, on budget, and to project scope.
  • Demonstrate indepth understanding of Agile processes, manage and execute backlog refining sessions for sprint teams.
  • Provide leadership to ensure the scrum team attains the most value from a selforganized team.
  • Perform continual assessment of the maturity of the scrum team and providing coaching and insight in support of greater maturity.
  • Commitment to continuous process improvement including active facilitation of reviews and retrospectives and incorporation of lessons learned for future sprints.
  • Manage and maintain the global Performance Indicators for the Productline EE team and provide recommendations based on metrics evaluated.

Qualifications:


  • You hold a bachelor degree or a masters degree in any relevant engineering discipline, ideally in electronics
  • You have 3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry and/or a similar position
  • You have excellent communication skills in English

Expected Skills:


  • Knowledge and experience in SAFe methodology, specifically Scrum and Kanban
  • Knowledge of JIRA or other KANBAN systems
  • Broad engineering knowledge across disciplines
  • Able to work individually and in a multidisciplinary team
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good communicator in French and English
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Occasional travel within France or worldwide
