The Renaissance Bordeaux invites guests to stay in one of its 149 newly designed rooms and meet in its convenient and flexible meeting spaces. Guests will taste succulent cuisine and distinctive cocktails by the indoor pool, located on one of the highest rooftops of the city.

YOUR MISSIONS

Welcome Guests for check in and check out
Aswer telephone for inhouse calls and outside calls.
Maintain complete knowledge of the hotel and what's happening
Aswer all Housekeeping and Room Service requests.
Read the log book daily, and record all pertinent information.
Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Process payments to guest accounts.
Process adjustments, rebates, paid outs and credits as required.
Verifies and makes corrections to the Room Rate Report.
Audit Rooms Cashiers work and correct discrepancies.
Run Room & Tax verifying that all room rates posted.
Record room statistics.
Run end of day program and close day.
Run morning reports and backup reports and distribute accordingly.
Review Night Audit checklist and verify that all work has been completed.
Review status of assignments and any followup action with oncoming Supervisor.
Attend monthly department meetings and training sessions as necessary.
