We are currently looking for an
Operations Intern to support our growth.


Role and Responsibilities


The Operations Intern works within the DM Lab Business Unit, in close collaboration with multiple departments and teams such as Sales and Business Development, Project Management, Marketing, and Customer Support to provide excellent experiences for customers.


  • Support innovative projects and initiatives across the entire project timeline from the project initiation to full commercial launch.
  • Track and review metrics such as Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and prioritize and adjust daily activities to ensure the organization achieves or exceeds targets.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new employees and participate in crosstraining of other staff.
  • Support the preparation, creation, and maintenance of documents, procedures, and reports.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Actively problem solve and innovate on behalf of customers with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome.
  • Follow detailed verbal and written instructions.
  • Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs.
  • The Lab being at the center of innovation at Dental Monitoring, confidentiality of all
information is crucial.


Essential Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Customer Success and/or Back-Office Operations.
  • Willingness to provide an excellent customer experience
  • Analytic problem solver with attention to detail
  • Exceptional organizational & communication skills
  • Motivated and results driven
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to a changing environment
  • Fluent in verbal, written, and professional English and French

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in the dental, orthodontics, or healthcare industry.
  • Experience in a startup or tech environment, especially experience in a SaaS customer support role.
