POSITION TITLE:
AM Data Analyst

Head of Asset Management

LOCATION:
Paris, France

**PURPOSE: The AM Data Analyst is the back-office of the Asset Manager for the real estate management of properties owned and or operated by the Company within a geographical and/or functional area. The AM Data Analyst follows the ground lease portfolio through the life cycle of the lease including leading lease renegotiations associated with site expansions and all lease renewals.


FUNCTIONS:


  • Ensure all contractual obligations are satisfied throughout the lease process in the tools,
  • Oversee operations on a daytoday basis ensuring work is completed and deadlines are met,
  • Manage relationships with landlords throughout PTI ownership of sites,
  • Follow key lease dates and financial terms including but not limited to rent commencements, lease expirations, renewals, rent increases, and revenue shares,
  • Manage excel spreadsheet and large datasets, filtering and identifying relevant information,
  • Review workload reports and/or trackers to identify assignments and prioritize,
  • Review exception reports and program outputs to ensure lease data fields are accurate,
  • Retrieving and rearranging data from multiple sources, produce accurate periodical reporting,
  • Take part at periodical meetings, sometimes presenting information to colleagues or management,
  • Identify and review exceptions with peers and escalate to manager as necessary; offer ideas for resolution to correct exceptions and prevent recurrence of issues going forward,
  • Perform specific research and/or investigations into operational issues,
  • Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements,
  • Support and assist with department and companywide initiatives,
  • Provide timely and accurate documentation and reporting,
  • Handle high profile projects that will require special attention and reporting.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS**:

**Position works in a standard office environment. Standing, sitting, and walking are required daily. Few business trips might be required.


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • 4year advanced degree, preferably in a businessrelated discipline,
  • Prefer minimum 3 years' experience in wireless communication industry and/or real estate,
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken,
  • Fluency in French, both written and spoken,
  • Proficient user of Excel, Outlook, MS Word and other MS Office suite Ability to oversee and analyse large datasets,
  • Strong administrative and real estate management skills,
  • Must be able to professionally communicate with property owners and representatives in verbal and written form,
  • Must be organized and rigorous,
  • Demonstrated mastery balancing multiple tasks, project management skills,
  • Strong written and verbal communication with supervisor, clients and colleagues,
  • Effective in an entrepreneurial culture, working independently and as part of a team.
