We are seeking a seasoned process analytics manager to lead our team of automation and process data analysts in supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process engineering, automation, or related field with at least 8 years of relevant experience.

The role involves developing and implementing a data-driven approach to process control using highly reliable automated systems and robust data analytics templates. Strong collaboration skills are essential for working with IT teams, stakeholders from various departments (Manufacturing, Process, Quality), and cross-functional teams to design solutions adapted to their needs.

• Develop and implement advanced process control strategies leveraging automated technologies in production environments within GMP settings.
• Leverage statistical methods to analyze large datasets from multiple sources for business insights on quality outcomes.
