SUMMARY OF FUNCTION:
The Business Partner, People & Culture contributes to all human resources efforts and programs for the company and plays an advisory role with employees and managers.
Reporting directly to the Manager, Business Partnering, People & Culture, the Business Partner intervenes at different decision-making levels and participates in the definition and implementation of the talent & culture strategy.
Eddyfi Technologies having several subsidiaries abroad, the holder of this position must have an interest in working and evolving in an international context.
