Meaningful Work From Day One


This position is responsible for supporting the Supply and Demand Planning Team Leader in all topics related to Demand & Supply Planning.

You will provide analytical support and advice on planning issues, including providing and improving demand forecasts and monitoring.

What You Can Expect

  • Sales Forecasting_
  • Establish the Sales Forecast in collaboration with the Sales Team
  • Closely cooperate in this process with our Corporate Planning Team in our Headquarter in the USA
  • Monthly evaluate and update the Sales Forecast in collaboration with the local Key Account Managers
  • Trend analysis, depletions & promotions reviews
  • Creating rolling forecast in KAMS and SAP for Supply Chain Lvl
  • Leadership for usage and validation of APO (Advanced Planning Optimization)
  • Compare planning to agreed forecast
  • Function as S&OP liaison to our headquarter in Louisville and participate to the monthly S&OP reviews
  • Copacking_
  • Establish weekly production plans considering the promotional calendar
  • Create all production orders and follow their receipts in collaboration with the 3rd Party Logistics Providers
  • Collaborate closely with the Logistics Providers as it relates to the copacking activity
  • Monitor the inventory level of all components required in the copacking activity and share with the Procurement and Marketing teams the needs for replenishment of the components
  • Set up and maintenance of production bills of material
  • Master Data Maintenance_
  • Request New SKU set up to Corporate Team, sharing all the necessary information for the set up
  • Establish and share logistics master data for all finished products
  • Monitor and Analyze Slow Moving products. Set up monthly meetings with all stakeholders to review slow movers and implement an action plan to deplete the inventory.
  • Reporting_
  • SKU analysis including Slow Movers reporting
  • Comparison of budget to forecast and close collaboration with the Leadership Team to close the gaps between sales forecast and budget
  • One off reporting on Depletions (Permanent skus and Promotions)
What You Bring to the Table

  • College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent); Business and Supply
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Demand or Supply Planning.
  • Prior experience in wine and spirits or luxury FMCG industries
  • Experience with Financial / ERP System
  • SAP (MM, SD & APO) Applications
  • Excellent Analytical and numerical skills with high degree of accuracy
  • Proven track record of successful related work within a changing environment.
  • Demonstrated organization skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of internal and external contacts and with diverse cultures.
