The purpose of your role will be, to get sure that : Everything is fine and Everybody feels good in our FGBU H2 teams


Accountabilities:

Making the link between the colleagues in Paris and the rest of the World
Organizing the Arrivals/Departures (It requests, access, new comers onboarding ).
Giving a strong helping hand with the organisation of team meetings, FGBU events : Seminars/Worshops/One Engie Awards
Managing and following up on the IT budget / Purchase orders with the Financial Team
Logistic and support to Visitors registration - Badges - Roomservice requests/booking
Who's who creation / Update; Document Management (Docusign, SA Signature, Request forms...)
Anticipating the needs of colleagues and respond quickly
Maintaining the good vibes inside the FGBU and outside
Paying attention to the team expectations

Qualifications


oYou have at least one previous significant experience (more than 3 years) as team assistant, and are knowledgeable about Office 365 tools, Group tools as KDS, My Portal, QI, Lodge, Docusign, Starand you have a digital appetite.

oHands-on and also able to have a high level communication
oYou are a native/fluent French and English confirmed speaker, Spanish would be a plus.
