In our context of hyper-growth, we're looking for an
experienced People Operations Manager to structure and support the administrative and payroll aspects in France and internationally (UK, ESP, DE).


Your next missions

You will be responsible for:
-
Supervise monthly French and international payroll administration process (collection and transfer of information to the external service providers in charge of producing pay slips and social declaration, preparation. Control and validation of pay slips )
-
Provide support to employees and managers in their payroll related issues

  • Manage the execution of all the
    formalities specific to personnel administration during the full employment lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding : contracts, medical obligations, employment certificates and various adhoc requests, while ensuring compliance with labor law.
  • Ensure
    exchanges with social organizations (insurance company, pension institutions, job office, CPAM) and the DREETS for all administrative procedures related to the HR function.

Participate in the implementation of HR tools/processes

Constantly optimise processes, automate and systemize

  • Set up processes and ways of working to
    ensure a bestinclass employee experience:
  • Develop social
    dashboard and data follow-up
  • Management of 3 great HR teammates

  • Working exp. of
    56 years and postgraduated **(M1 or licence), in a startup company with international exposure
  • Good knowledge of

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and shift priorities as needed

  • Strong
    analytical skills:

Proficient with HRIS, excel / sheets, and IOS
