The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites.


Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Head Waiter to join our fine-dining cantonese restaurant LiLi.

Key accountabilities:


  • Supervises all activities related to the LiLi restaurant, which includes preparation tasks, training, and performing service as per standards set by the Hotel
  • Performs a friendly yet discreet and unobtrusive service for all guests
  • Ensures a consistency of the correct service techniques for all meal periods
  • Anticipates our guests' needs and requests, and is able to deliver effective solutions to those

General requirements:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent both in English and French a third language is appreciated
  • Previous experience as a head waiter
  • Well organized, highly detailed and with a sense of urgency and selfmotivation
  • Previous experience in a hotel of a similar standing
