As part of the teams of the Financial administration department, the Reinsurance manager will be in charge of the then entire financial responsibility of the portfolio, from booking of the premium to the credit collection with the partners.

The manager will organize the upload of the technical data (premium & claims) within the in house feeder system and settle the admin and brokerage fees payment to the partners.

Collaboration with other Services & departments will be a key challenge in order to enhance the processes and the team work.

The main missions are:

Allocate resources and responsibilities across team to deliver business results and develop team members,
Evaluate direct reports and provide formal counselling and mentoring to the staff.
Responsible for fulfilment of contractual obligation/completion of deliverables within your own area of responsibility
Enable to quickly understand key reinsurance scheme
Strong focus on the credit control (collection, reminders, justification, estimation), review, improvement of the existing process,
Control quality and accuracy data
Manage Partners relationships (fees payment, files and data exchanges)
Identifying opportunities for enhancement and work on process excellence that facilitate quick wins
Maintaining the KPI of the teams and monitoring all open balances
Be the entry point with internal & external auditors
Maintain strong transversal relationship with other services and department
Participate to clients and partners meetings
