- Representing the core values of Elevate agency by supporting internal teams and ensuring the quality of reception for various VIP clients
- Maintaining regular contact with the Ticketing Manager enabling you to handle various unforeseen situations on the ground
- Assist the Database Manager in setting up and managing ticket systems, importing client ticket inventories, and utilizing different platforms
- Monitor ticket allocation, distribution and reporting for a seamless guest experience
- Oversee/Manage ticket usage to ensure compliance with ticketing terms and conditions
- Assist with the ticket office set-up for Games Time operation
- Monitor teams schedule changes and keep functional areas managers informed
- Experience in ticketing operations and inventory management
- Bilingual in English and French; proficiency in a third language is appreciated
- Ability to learn new ticketing operations

- Fixed-term contract: 35 hours per week + overtime
- Gross salary: FREELANCE : Between 32€ and 34€ per hour, depending on the completion bonus
