WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Your main focus as
JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER EVENT ORGANISATION
(f/m/d) will be to plan and organize events in various formats.

You will connect our clients, external providers and internal teams with an aim at creating unforgettable experiences.

The following topics will challenge you in this position:

- **Coordinate** event organization projects in close cooperation with our clients and various internal departments and make sure everything runs smoothly from conceptualization up to realization.

Communicate confidently and professionally with external and internal partners.

Share project status with all relevant stakeholders regularly.

Ensure events are secured from a technical perspective.

Manage and maintain project budgets within given targets.

Drive creative ideas, concepts and strategies in communication with internal and external partners.

Proactively optimize processes around event organization.


WHO YOU ARE:

• You have at least 1-2 years of experience in event organization, e.g. in an event agency.
