    Functieomschrijving
  • Analyseren en conceptualiseren van klant- en medewerkerseisen.
  • Tijdlijnen, budgetten en middelen coördineren en taken toewijzen aan verschillende afdelingen binnen het bedrijf.
  • Zorgen dat het project binnen de gestelde tijd en het budget uitvoerbaar is, inclusief rapportage.
  • Deelnemen aan offerteaanvragen.
  • Toezicht houden op de ontwikkeling van het project van begin tot eind.
  • Communicatie tot stand brengen en onderhouden tussen alle belanghebbenden bij het project, zowel intern als extern.
  • Vergaderingen bijeenroepen en documenteren voor opvolging.
  • Zorgen voor naleving van kwaliteitsprocedures gedurende het hele projectontwikkelingsproces.
  • De benodigde documentatie opstellen.

  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als "Project Manager".
  • Beheersing van projectmanagementmethoden zoals Prince2 en Agile.
  • Algemene kennis van webprogrammeringstechnieken en -methoden.
  • Beheersing van het Frans en Engels.
  • Vermogen om vergaderingen te leiden.
