    Description

    Lead the Secure Power Agile transformation: Support and guide Lines of Businesses to define and implement the Agile organization model.

    Drive change management by closely working with LoB Leadership and Agile Chapter Leaders.


    Co-ordinate and Collaborate with the central team at Energy management level (A team) and with the OLM team to influence and build the OLM processes, governance, tools, etc.

    Facilitate learning by promoting the right training. Help connecting people inside the Division and with other Divisions.

    Implement Agile at CTO group level

    Drive alignment between all Line of Business, CS&Q, GSC, and countries on Agile transformation.

    Inspect and Adapt:
    Measure results level through surveys, customer satisfaction and other tools. Then continuously improve the way of working.

    Communicate:
    up and down on yearly transformation plan, progress, successes and impediments.

    On top of the agile transformation, leading some topics on offer creation transversal to the Division.

    Agile mindset and knowledge of agile (trough practice, not only theoretical knowledge)

    Knowledge of offer creation

    Experienced in change management

    Foster collaboration and networking, capacity to build a network

    Good level of cross-cultural understanding

    Influence and convince, communicate effectively, capacity to listen, manage conflicts
