Job Description:

Join a dynamic multidisciplinary team that has been operating since January 2022 at Ipsos, an independent research institute. A team of 8 people dedicated to UX Research and Design led by Delphine Sajat and Olivier Mokaddem. The UX team operates internationally for clients in a variety of industries - combining Discovery, Design and Implementation approaches.

The projects we work on are varied: digital and non-digital, exploratory research or in the context of product and service design, testing, expert audits and many more


We work with product owners and project managers in their innovation and design processes: literary reviews, sprints, usability, card sorting, A/B testing, UX Writing, or heuristic audits carried out by our ergonomist experts.


Your role will be:

  • To implement the design/conception approach in our projects, whether on sketching, wireframing and prototyping (low to hifi) and UI. That's why we're looking for a profile that is passionate about these different stages of design.
  • You will have to manage several projects at the same time over short or long times, in France and internationally, mastery of oral and written English is a prerequisite.
  • Mainly, you will support design thinking, user journeys, prototyping processes.
  • You will be able to work in parallel on different methodological approaches, in support of qualitative (videoethnography, moderated and unmoderated interviews) and quantitative (UX Score) projects in order to support the client deliverable, in a visual and impactful way.
  • The creation of artefacts is also part of the mission to support the design fiction processes that we carry out with the Ipsos S3 consulting teams.

Important:

we do not offer design-only support In this position, you will be required to improve your skills on the research part, the design and design expected to be linked to research results.

Our office is located at 35 rue du val de Marne 75013 Paris, in flex-office.

Working from home is possible 2 days a week; and a large part of the time the team is in animation in French labs but not only...

... We also sometimes have to travel in France, Europe and internationally to produce and monitor fields. Our team is part of a global team with regular interactions with our UXers colleagues in the USA, England, Germany, China and LATAM. Practice of English with a C1 level is a prerequisite; Knowledge and practice of a3rd language is highly valued.

But also in management, development of sales skills, story telling, use of Microsoft tools (e.g. Power Point), public speaking and many others.

    Preferred Experience:
  • Good team spirit, sense of service and desire to co-create UX-oriented approaches for our clients.
  • English C1 minimum: facilitation and writing skills in English for rapid integration into the production of international studies.
  • 2nd or 3rd language expected (French, German, Italian, Chinese, other)
  • A background in UX Design and/or graphic design is expected (ideally in an agency). We are looking for profiles that can use Figma/Adobe XD for prototyping/wireframe design with a UI
