Master's degree in Engineering or higher

  • Prior proven experience of managing operations and/or program deployment across many stakeholders in a technical environment
  • Prior experience in technical program and product management, technical development or related technical roles in the industrial EV charging solutions sector.
  • Experience leading new or startup related projects where processes will need to be defined, implemented and iterated from scratch
  • Proficiency with tools/systems to analyze data including Excel, Access, or other data management systems
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

The Sr.

Electrification Manager will analyse, design, and develop an end-to-end strategy to support the electrification of our last mile operations for Heavy and Bulky items.

The Sr.

Electrification Manager will be able to understand key problems and gaps to electrify the fleet including power, operational, legal and technical constraints, and will build the end-to-end strategy & charging infrastructure requirements to take us there in the next few years.

This role is inherently cross-functional and requires working closely with Sustainability Engineering, Design and Construction, Operations, Finance, Legal, Electrification central team, and Business Development teams to bring products to guarantee our successful pathway towards electrification.

The role will report to the Senior Manager EV Charging Strategy Manager in the central electrification team.

Key job responsibilities

  • Understand the key aspects of Electrification (EV, Power, EV charging hardware and software solutions)
  • Design an endtoend strategy to electrify a last mile fleet taking into consideration local constraints
  • Build technical products requirements for the EV charging infrastructure supporting the strategy
  • Drive strategic conversations with senior leadership to drive the strategy forward
  • Ability to work on concurrent projects in multiple countries
  • Be a leader and a champion within the group as well as within internal and external teams that support the electrification pathway
Clichy, FRA

  • Extensive and demonstrated experience of leading Electrification strategies in the industry
  • Experience partnerships within the EV charging industry
  • Experience writing documents on technical requirements for new products, process improvement initiatives and/or design validation plans.
  • The ability to perform complex business case analysis to justify technical decisions and present the justification to management in a highlevel review
