- Gérer des projets en mettant en place, organisant, coordonnant et dirigeant l'équipe de projet (architectes de solutions, consultants fonctionnels et développeurs)
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les architectes de solutions pour définir la portée et les objectifs des projets
- Déléguer les tâches du projet en fonction des forces, des compétences et des niveaux d'expérience des membres de l'équipe
- Gérer les relations avec les clients et les parties prenantes concernées
- Élaborer un plan de projet détaillé afin de surveiller et de suivre l'avancement du projet
- Gérer les produits livrables
- Assurer la rentabilité des projets
- Suivre les performances du projet, surveiller les progrès et repérer les obstacles
- Respecter les objectifs budgétaires
- Contribuer à notre Centre d'excellence (CoE) en gestion de projet
- 3 à 7 ans d'expérience en gestion et pilotage de projet
- Expérience souhaitée dans le secteur de l'industrie (automobile, energie, aérospatial, etc.)
- Approche consulting
- Background technique et idéalement avec des compétences ou connaissances de solutions MES ( Manufacturing execution system) et/ou PLM ( Product Lifecycle Management)
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication écrite et verbale en français et en anglais (Niveau B1 requis)
- Solides compétences organisationnelles, y compris l'attention aux détails et les compétences multitâches
- Bonne connaissance de Microsoft Office
- Expérience des outils logiciels de gestion de projet

Le rôle du chef de projet IT est de diriger et de superviser tous les aspects des projets, en les planifiant de l'exécution à la livraison. Le chef de projet est responsable de l'avancement du projet dans trois domaines : qualité, coût et délai. En tant que chef de projet informatique, vous participerez à des projets d'intégration, de migration et de maintenance d'applications tierces.
