**Job Description Summary**: To be part of the PMO/T&I engineering and equipment team of GE Wind Offshore. The team is responsible for the design and supply to the project of all the PMO/T&I tools and standard methodologies for GE Wind Offshore projects around the world. The team is leading the design, manufacturing, supply of the tools and methodologies related to the sea transport, road transport, storage, pre assembly and offshore installation of the wind turbines.

The PMO/T&I system engineer is in charge to coordinate the different initiatives performed by the rest of the team, to ensure consistency in the entire set of solutions developed and in accordance with the design of the WTG product (tower, nacelle or blade). The PMO/T&I system engineer is the single point of contact for the WTG component in charge of, within PMO and in interface with Product Line and Product Engineering.

Vous faites partie de l'équipe d'ingénierie et d'équipement PMO/T&I de GE Offshore Wind. L'équipe est responsable de la conception de tous les outils PMO/T&I et des méthodologies standard pour les projets de GE Offshore Wind à travers le monde. L'ingénieur système PMO/T&I est chargé de coordonner les différentes initiatives menées par le reste de l'équipe, afin de garantir la cohérence de l'ensemble des solutions développées conformément à la conception de l'éolienne (tour, nacelle ou pale). L'ingénieur système PMO/T&I est le point de contact unique pour le composant de l'éolienne en charge, au sein de l'équipe projet en interface avec la gamme et l'ingénierie des produits.
- Ensure the T&I tools engineers and the T&I product method engineers are developing solutions to cover the entire scope of activities within PMO functions: Transport / Marshalling harbor / Installation and M&E
- Liaise with the different stakeholders to collect the requirements related to the WTG components in charge (tower / nacelle / blade)
- Gather all information through the different processes: PRD / DM1 / DM2 / ECP / ECO
- Maintain interface between PMO/T&I engineering and Product Line/Product Engineering
- Establish good collaboration between PMO/T&I engineering and Product Line/Product Engineering
- Analyze the ECP/ECO, liaise with other PMO stakeholders to inform about the change. When necessary, comment, reject or approve the ECP and ECO.
- Lead implementation of lesson learns and improvements gathered during project execution
- Lead cost out initiatives, with the support from the T&I tools engineers and the T&I product method engineers
- Lead business case with the support from ad-hoc team, gather different inputs to cover all costs (BOM/CAPEX/OPEX) as well as qualitative analysis (Pro's and Con's, EHS, risk management,). Promote the business case withing GE organization and participate to the final decision.
- Establish and maintain a catalogue of the PMO/T&I solutions developed by the team, to be used within GE as well as outside of GE (suppliers and clients).
- Represent PMO/T&I engineering in front of the client to present the PMO/T&I solutions (tools and standard methodologies)
- Coordinate with IP team to ensure IP clearance and IP submittals
- Ensure benchmark related to the different PMO/T&I activities

- Vous maintenez l'interface entre Ingénierie et ingénierie des gammes de produits
- Vous établissez une bonne collaboration entre l'ingénierie PMO/T&I et l'ingénierie des gammes de produits.
- Vous analysez les changements design, vous assurez la coordination avec les autres parties prenantes de l'équipe projet.
- Vous pilotez la mise en œuvre du retour expérience et des améliorations recueillies au cours de l'exécution du projet
- Vous établissez et maintenez un éventail des solutions PMO/T&I développées par l'équipe, à utiliser au sein et en dehors de GE (fournisseurs et clients).
- Vous représentez l'ingénierie PMO/T&I devant le client pour présenter les solutions PMO/T&I (outils et méthodologies standard)
- Vous coordonnez avec l'équipe de propriété intellectuelle pour garantir l'approbation de la propriété intellectuelle et les soumissions de propriété intellectuelle
- Vous garantissez une veille liée aux différentes activités PMO/T&I
