Mission
Monitor & Support 360 Customer Success for at all stages of customer project and deliver our 3DS support services to enable our customers' deployments on time & quality


YOUR ROLE:


  • Foster Customer engagement transformation by implementing preventive risk mitigation operations and associated customer success KPIs monitoring with all stakeholders ( preventive vs reactive)
  • Monitor customer project deployment on time & quality within the Geo and ensure associated data capitalization
  • Act as a trusted advisor for our Sales and Services accounts responsible for all supportrelated matters & alert on risk mitigation needs to reach customer success
  • Manage Fix Pack Customer closelists and monitor Fix Pack Implement and Quality assessment as part of industrial operations
  • Maintain 360° view of customer deployment and production health and lead remedying actions
  • Manage the IFWE EXPERIENCE Client Community

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:


Background:
working in DS Support or R&D operations organizations.

  • 3DS Company knowledge
  • Knowledge on DS portfolio and solutions
  • Project & Crisis management knowledge
  • Customer interaction ability
  • Risk Management knowledge
  • Support process & tools
  • R&D change management tool
  • Effective communication with the ecosystem
  • Executive reporting synthesis ability
