MAIN MISSIONS
Establish & develop competencies for the demand planning community within Bel Group to reach the targeted performance level. Conceive and improve processes and Supply Chain tools. Support teams in the management of their activities and support the changes needed. Participate in evolution project of the function and IT tools.

You report to the S&OP / Planning Expertise Center Director of the Groupe and your main missions are:

Participate in the definition of the Supply Chain strategy, of the Demand Planning standards definition based on the best practices on this field and the performance animation to reach the targeted objectives.
Define and develop the Demand Planning community competencies, as well as the processes and the rules associated
Validate processes and expectations and ensure the right functional specification of our IT tools. Carry out technological watch to be informed on future trends.
Animate the Demand Planner community. Identify, train, coordinate the Global network of Key User
Participate or lead optimization or transformation projects: organization, processes and tools linked to demand planning

PROFIL
Supply Chain 5 years degree (Business or Engineering school) + 5 to 7 years of experience
You have developed a good understanding of production, purchasing, logistic and stock management functions.
You have a solid experience in Demand Planning.

Your management and leadership skills allow you to convince and effectively influence in problem solving and decision making.

Comfortable in a multicultural environment, you are an innovate and think out of the box to contribute to the development of our processes and Supply Chain tools.

You have solid competencies in project, change and transversal management.

You appreciate working on tools, industrial and commercial fields. You are familiar with reporting tools (BW highly appreciated) and you have a good understanding of APS/ERP.

You are fluent in English. French would be a plus.
