Your role:

As a Service Marketing Growth Leader in charge of Service Modernization solutions you will,

  • Develop and execute strategies directly or indirectly through the country marketing organizations, marketing initiatives (like events, workshops, webinars), and campaigns to drive service modernization business growth in
    EMEA, aligned with company objectives.
  • Analyze emerging market trends and competition, understand customer challenges to make datadriven decisions and provide strategic input to develop and improve our Service Modernization Solutions.
  • Develop strong relationship with internal service modernization sales leaders, key customers, industry stakeholders and partners to understand their challenges, driving new business opportunities, best product and service solutions and value propositions to expand Carrier Service presence and revenue streams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the Applied Sales Teams, Marketing Product Management, Communication to define best go to market strategies and provide highimpact value proposals.
  • Work closely with Service Sales and Operation teams to provide them with the necessary tools, resources, and trainings to effectively communicate our Service Modernization Solutions benefits and close deals.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of Service Modernization Solutions Initiatives tracking progress and making data driven adjustments as needed.
  • Identify best practice and assure EU country cross competence sharing.
  • Support the EU service sales leader in the service modernization business growth, identifying the risks and opportunities and developing in coordination with the countries proper actions plans to assure the target achievement.
  • Prepares the monthly service modernization sales forecast and status package (key wins, pipeline and sales order status, training activities, risk and opportunities, action plans)

Who we're looking for:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Business, or with Marketing and Sales experience (Master's preferred).
  • Fluency in English is mandatory and additional European language would be an advantage.
  • Proven track record of success in Marketing, Sales or Business Development in the HVAC or related industry.
  • Very good technical understanding of HVAC installations and systems, European HVAC market trends and regulations.
  • Strong understanding of the HVAC industry and market dynamics with proven experience in Service Sales, Business Development or Marketing, in HVAC or related industry.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to work effectively in a complex international matrixed environment.
  • Strong consultation and customer interaction skills, able to articulate technical information to nontechnical audience as well as building compelling business cases.
  • Datadriven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics.
  • Willingness to travel within EMEA region as needed
