Visual Merchandising Project Manager
(CDI - Permanent Contract)
Your Mission
Within the Store Visual Merchandising Department of Cartier International, develop global boutique client activation guidelines aligned with Cartier's Retail Programming calendar (Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, EOY, etc.).
I. Conception
- Create an activation catalogue according to Brand Content and Creative Visual Experience team's input.
- Identify market strategic periods to sustain their commercial objectives with instore animations.
- Develop and orchestrate international key moments (Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, etc.).
- Interplay with market, listening to local needs on specific cultural celebrations (CNY, Diwali, Ramadan).
- Create a toolbox with visual assets to animate local instore animations/activations.
- Analyze competitors' best practices and partner with the reporting manager to implement new and innovative ways of working and communication.
- Include CSR Maison's initiatives on all activations.
II. Rolling-out
- Define and spot key contacts people in charge of rollout and execution at market level.
- Present and drive animation concepts to local market and helps coordinate the rollout.
- Support local teams on their events rollout and calendar adaptations.
- Validate relevant location instore for every local animation with markets (popin area, welcoming area,).
- Publish activation assets on internal platforms.
III. Monitoring
- Organize and coordinate feedback with all involved parties.
- Create instore animation reports to be shared with regional teams / top management thanks to qualitative and quantitative: KPI's, ROI,
- Share bestpractices to leverage continuous improvement.
Your profile
Insightful, highly result-focused and people agile, you're a VM/Events top Talent with 5 to 8 years of experience in events project management, ideally in luxury retail.
