The D&TS Support Officer ENA is responsible for providing multi-coordination, administrative, secretarial, reporting support to the executive team.


MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Organize hotel bookings and visits for owners,
  • Prepare regular D&TS reports and by region, brand, and global Opening reports
  • Prepare presentations to COMEX and CODIR
  • Interact with other departments to collect the required information and Data to complete the reports of SVP and VP.
  • Prepare professional communications and correspondence on behalf of SVP but also VP France for time to time
  • Manage WEMAX data and prepare reports to support pipeline reviews
  • Prepare D&TS operational performance reports and presentations as required
  • Prepare agendas or programs for meetings
  • Maintenance and arrangement of filing system and information libraries
  • Organize travel arrangements, conferences, meetings, and other workrelated appointments
  • Follow policies and procedures outlined in the Accor Brand Standards Manual, Departmental Service Standards / Procedures Manual and Accor Policy Manuals
  • Support preparation of CODIR presentation and strategy documents
  • Participate in scheduled training and development programs provided by Accor to improve self and department standards and attend departmental meetings as required
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:


QUALIFICATION / COMPETENCIES:

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- knowledge of Microsoft tools, especially EXCEL

  • English fluent / Spanish Fluent / French Fluent
