Moët Hennessy is looking for a passionate, commercially savvy and agile Human Resources Business Partner to work closely with the business to drive growth and performance.


The role covers multiple aspects of the HR function, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, HR Operations Excellence, Reward, Performance Management, Employee Engagement & Culture and key HR projects to support the delivery of the business strategy and the people development agenda.

The role is based in Paris.

The HRBP reports to the HR Director Travel Retail & Private Sales. S/he is the main partner of the Managing Director EMEA.

S/he will work closely with the TR Europe team and the Global Travel Retail Functions (Marketing, Retail, Finance). providing daily support and guidance on people management issues, talent development, performance, team development, engagement and handle employees' relations.


S/he will also be involved in global and transversal projects and implement programs that increase employee engagement, organizational effectiveness while supporting a culture of inclusion, collaboration and innovation.


The HRBP:

  • Translates Global Travel Retail strategies into action
  • Responds to requests in all areas of HR (training, recruitment, career management, compensation, retention, performance management).
  • Supports in recruitments: interviews and proposals
  • Works closely with the others Maisons and with the MH & LVMH HR community to animate, facilitate and organize internal mobilities and foster people development.
  • Conducts new employee induction and ensure every newcomer is welcome.
  • Supports managers on organization efficiency and team/individual management.
  • Ensures the employee experience is in line with our Values
  • Helps managers by providing them with guidance and tools to help them manage and develop their teams daily.
  • Coaches, facilitates and provides feedbacks to EMEA leadership team
  • Manages challenging cases.
  • Conducts exit interviews and employees' surveys.
  • Support the talent review: talent identification and succession plans management, calibration sessions.
  • Support the salary review and compensation and benefits analysis.
  • Ensure use of RISE performance management tools
  • Works and aligns with French HR teams to ensure consistency of HR practices in France.
  • Works with internal HR teams to deploy and adapt Global initiatives locally.
  • Is part of general transversal projects: DE&I, Engagement, Compensation & Benefits
  • Ensures HR administration & operations supervises payroll journal, guarantees accuracy of HRIS data, contributes to Budget preparation
  • Secures the legal framework.
  • Leads, coaches and develops 1 HR Apprentice
  • Leads People Sessions with EMEA TR leadership team ensuring dashboards, people data and project updates or prepared and delivered

Profile:


  • An advanced degree in business, human resources or social sciences is preferred
  • A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in HR as generalist
  • Knowledge in French labor law
  • Has a strong business acumen and commercial saviness
