Responsibilities:
- Gathering, arbitrating, and prioritizing the needs of internal clients
- Drafting user stories and reviewing IT functional specifications
- Endtoend testing on impacted computer systems
- Driving deployment of changes
- Managing user backoffice change (user guide writing, training)
- Facilitating workshops, coordinating various contributors, and reporting progress within your assigned scope
About you:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Higher education in computer science and/or project management
- You have the ability to convince and rally all project stakeholders
- You have the ability to work collaboratively in an AGILE environment
