    Contribute to the design and implementation of the global Filorga acceleration strategy. Develop the 3-to-5 years strategy and associated development or catalog support plans for the lines under responsibility. Define and coordinate the 360 marketing strategy and launches.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Marketing strategy & product developmentDefine and recommend the strategy, ambition and potential of the ranges under responsibilityConsumer centric conceptualization of new products: writing, positioning, marketing mixDevelop new products in collaboration with the dedicated teams (R&D, purchasing, packaging, supply)

    Manage the timing, quality and profitability of the productsCSR oriented360 development:
