This Senior Analyst will support the Select Service which can described as follows:
What is Select Service?
The Select Service refers to a set of services associated with the EcoVadis subscription level called Select. It's available to all rated companies.

On the top of the ratings, the Select Clients benefit from a set of features.

The services managed by EVS are:

  • Prefilling: Prefilling of the EcoVadis questionnaire by EV analysts with publicly available documents found on company's website
Orientation Call: 1 hr call explaining the EcoVadis assessment process, methodology and document requirements.

  • Fast tracked assessments
Advanced Debrief: 1.5 hr customized & personalized debrief session with an analyst. Detailed elaboration on achieved score, strengths and improvement areas


Objective of the role:

  • Assessments of Select Service Rated companies performing prefilling services, delivering orientation calls and advanced debriefs with rated customers.
  • Select analysts should have at least 75% time capacity to work on production. The majority of the production will come from select, however, this can be supplemented by regular analysis if necessary

Responsibilities Specific to Select:

Pre-fill

  • Check availability of public documents to perform Pre-Filling of questionnaire
  • Perform PreFill if applicable
Engagement with clients

  • Engage with the customers the rated customers that have chosen the select
  • Customize and deliver Orientation call in coordination with account manager for rated customer
  • Potentially help prepare slide deck and/or call with customer prior to submission of questionnaire (Presubmission Check)
  • Preparation and customization of advanced debrief to discuss scorecard details with rated customer
  • Advanced Debrief delivery and follow ups((including scorecard inquiries)
Related to Analysis

  • Analysts will deliver full assessment from DA to SA
  • Will require ability to manage complex calls and analyze assessments complexity level C
  • Depending on analyst experience assessments and complexity will vary based on factors unique to Select Service
  • Follow up with rated companies when needed, to clarify specific issues related to their assessment (Checkup on documentation)
  • Complete quality checks during assessment process to ensure highest level of quality and preventing difficult engagements with customers
  • Report time spent in assessments for compliance (EVS time tracking Sheet)
  • For reassessments, review comments and inquiries from the client when completed previous assessment
  • Escalate any difficult cases to Select Management as well as providing feedback for continuous improvement of service [e.g. other analysts or account managers]

Qualifications

  • Previous customer facing experience
  • High proficiency in German

Demonstrates a concern for accuracy and thoroughness. Accurately and carefully follows established procedures for completing work tasks. Ensures high quality output by vigilantly observing the processes, tasks and methodology updates. Expresses concern and issues, and takes action to resolve quality problems. Maintains accuracy in complex assignments. Able to identify and correct mistakes during the reassessment process in detail. Is watchful over a period of time.


Communication:
Excellent verbal presentation skills with ability to confidently present technical concepts with clarity to clients. Ability to adapt the communication to specific audiences needs. The communication considers the context and the bigger picture of the topics they need to address.

Ability to give comprehensive, well thought out feedback on other peers' work when required (Example:
presentation skills and conflict resolution) Demonstrates high ability writing professional documents incorporating technical standards with mínimal grammatical errors.


Critical Thinking:

Able to discern when a deviation is needed, justify why those deviations considering the whole context of the assessment.

After identifying improvement areas they lead initiatives or tasks to better the processes or methodology.


Organization and time management:
Effectively manages their own time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently meeting expected KPI's.
