THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT TIER
Under the leadership of the Senior People Operations Manager, the People Operations Associate will help to provide an exceptional experience to our employees

Providing high quality and sustainable administrative support to all employees across France
Coordinate onboarding/offboarding of new TIER employees
Preparing adhoc reports for payroll, including close collaboration with external payroll providers
Preparing adhoc reports for other areas of the business where needed ie Finance
Take responsibility for data integrity and clean data input in our HRIS
Maintaining personal files and updating data in our HRIS
Preparing contracts, and other documents related to the whole employment life cycle
Benefits enrollment and reporting
Ensuring continuous compliance with labour regulations and work authorisation including work permits and visas
Developing and implementing new office administrative systems/procedures as we continue to grow
Build and constantly improve existing people operations processes
Support recruiting processes with the local teams, if needed

YOU'LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

People Operations/HR Generalist with 1.5+ years of experience, startup experience is a plus
A 'get things done' mentality and passion for people
Experience in labour law and administrative People/HR topics for France
Eager to dive into new topics and continuously grow with the organisation
Excellent communication in French and English
Excited to buildup People Excellence in both centrally and regional
