- Générer le programme hebdomadaire des ateliers santé et bien-être
- Gérer la programmation et les inscriptions sur la plate-forme de réservation en ligne
- Gérer les diffusions des programmes sur les écrans dynamiques
- Créer et imprimer les communications et affichages des ateliers et de la boutique
- Assurer l'inscription des curistes aux ateliers
- Coordonner les interventions des prestataires et l'édition de leurs supports d'ateliers
- Assurer la mise en facturation des ateliers
- Assurer la partie administrative des programmes d'Education Thérapeutique du Patient

Your mission
Manage and organise the activity of one or more spheres of activity / department/section:- Manage the follow-up of files in relation to projects or actions carried out by colleagues in the team or the manager- Research, develop, analyse and consolidate data and documents necessary for creating files relevant to the sphere of activity, meetings...- Contribute to budget tracking for the sphere of activity/department/section.- Take charge of the flow of information necessary for correct functioning of the section/sphere of activity (top-down and bottom-up information) and be the key contact for internal and external clients in relation to orientation of requests.- Manage planning, organisational logistics and follow-up of different internal or external events/special occasions, steer potential service providers and the contractualisation of services provided- Participate in the development, maintenance, analysis and monitoring of management tools (dashboard, visual supports ...) in respect to activity reporting - Propose, write and implement effective and innovative solutions and procedures in view of improving processes or ways of working, processing information, decision-making tools.- Manage typical administrative duties : diary management, answering the phone and directing calls, travel logistics, meeting proceedings...- Contribute to the life of the section/sphere of activity : integration of new team members, team rituals, team-building events...- Participate in cross-cutting activities (working groups) and may be required in this context, to take on complementary activities not outlined in their dutiesWho you are ?
