- Assistance to employee lifecycle: participate in onboarding and offboarding, including equipment preparation, user account creation, and onboarding new hires on basic IT.
- IT operations: support day‑to‑day operational activities such as Active Directory updates, basic network checks, and other infrastructure tasks under supervision of more senior staff.
- Technical support: assist in resolving second‑level support tickets escalated by the Helpdesk team and ensure employees receive prompt and effective assistance.
- On‑site support: provide direct assistance for hardware installations and address local IT needs at the office, plus occasional onsite support at the production site.
- Projects & equipment renewal: participate in IT projects and help manage large‑scale equipment renewal initiatives.
- Team support: serve as a backup resource during high‑volume periods to keep IT operations running smoothly.
- Documentation IT: maintain and update IT documentation, including user manuals, technical guides, and release notes.

Thélios, born out of LVMH's desire to enter the eyewear sector, designs, produces and distributes sunglasses and optical frames for some of its most prestigious houses, including Dior, Fendi, Celine, Givenchy, Loewe, Stella McCartney, Kenzo, Berluti, Bulgari, Tag Heuer, and Fred. The company also owns two in‑house brands, Barton Perreira and Vuarnet.
We are looking for a motivated and curious intern to join our IT team and gain hands‑on experience in IT operations and user support.
In this role, you will assist the IT team with daily tasks, provide technical support to employees, and contribute to ongoing projects at Thélios and its subsidiaries.
Job Responsibilities
Profile
Academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networks, and operating systems (Windows and macOS). Strong problem‑solving and communication skills. Eagerness to learn and ability to work effectively in a team. Proficient in French and/or English; Italian is a plus.
