MISSION:

This internship will take place in Paris 75, in Danone HQ from September 2023.

To flourish in your mission, you will be accompanied by Bogdana KUTS, Global HR Manager GS & S&SBD, and working as part of the global HR team you will contribute to unleash people's potential and talents development.

OBJECTIVES:

Support the deployment of development activities in line with the functional priorities such as mentoring, onboarding and talent engagement initiatives.
Help to improve employee experience of functional development initiatives through increase of the usage of our digital learning resources/platforms, in collaboration with Danone Academy ensure the content is up to date to reflect our current portfolio etc.
Contribute to various projects and development programs, in close collaboration with internal functional stakeholders and Danone Academy.
Participate to the 5 People Conversations cycle, by helping to develop communication and promoting positive employees' experience.
Ensure data quality in internal Danone system for respective functions and participate in data quality analysis campaigns.
Research and propose new talent development initiatives, trends solutions. Provide feedback on our current offer and suggest new ways of doing things.

THE BONUS OF THIS APPRENTICESHIP:

Up to 2 days/week of homeworking
Your salary will depend on our apprentice salary grid, depending on your age and study level.

About you
To be successful in this role, this is the kind of profile we have in mind:

You have a 4 to 5 years study level from university or business school
You are a good communicator, clientoriented, proactive, and have a great collaboration skills
You have good networking and relationship building skills
You are creative and forward thinker, and you are willing to continuously develop and improve
You are proficient in English & French, both written and spoken
You have strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint skills
