MISSION:

Within CMA CGM AGENCES France's Marseille maritime sales agency, you will take part in monitoring the quality of service given to customers in a context of document coordination between our shared services centre in India and our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this role, you will ensure that the conditions are in place to enable the shared service centre based in India to carry out the document processes in an optimal manner and provide a perfect customer experience.

You will participate in the measurement of exception elements, enabling them to be reduced by convincing customers of the changes required to improve the process as a whole.

You will be involved in immediate and effective interaction with the shared service centre to resolve one-off document problems.

You will promote e-commerce solutions to customers.

You will ensure compliance with the company's Quality, Safety and Security procedures.

PROFILE AND SKILLS:

With an L3/M2 in International Trade or Transport Logistics, you have a good command of office automation tools and English.

Your interpersonal skills will be essential for communicating with your many contacts. Your organisational skills, thoroughness and responsiveness will help you to succeed in this placement.
