The Danone Academy global team is looking for a Global Learning Manager to lead the design of functional learning strategy & roadmap in scope, craft learning portfolio, manage the design of relevant global learning solutions to support the competency development of Danoners as well as implementation of business imperatives.

About the job:


1/ Lead the design function learning strategy and roadmap

  • Align with functional HR team to understand the capabilities gaps and needs of the function
  • Lead the functional Learning & Development Committee
  • Lead the discussion at functional board to align the learning strategy, priorities and roadmap to reach the development objective
  • Lead a continuous effort for simplification and clarity of the functional learning offer

2/ Craft learning portfolio and lead the design of learning solutions

  • Based on the learning strategy, craft the learning portfolio(s) for the function(s) to support the development needs of Danoners
  • Lead the design of common learning solutions with a strong emphasis on blended journey approach (workshops, elearning, video learning and other digital learning assets, networking, onthe job support, outsidein learning, etc.) and act as project manager in collaboration with SMEs to design & develop pedagogical scenarios & tools this work is to be done in partnership with function as well as local teams when relevant.
  • Manage suppliers & contracts (financial & legal side) & longterm relationships with external providers
  • Ensure propose impact measure of the learning solutions and provide learnings and action plan to close gaps with the functions, when relevant
  • Develop with the function the adequate internal trainers community when needed

3/ Collaborate with local teams for the implementation in the overall learning agenda locally

  • Share the overall functional common upskilling plan and ensure its full integration in local learning priorities
  • Identify the potential synergies amongst similar local learning need and drive the simplification of the learning initiatives
  • Ensure seamless deployment of the common learning solutions:
  • set deployment goal and develop deployment strategy in line with learning strategy as soon as the common learning solution design process starts
  • Liaise with local learning teams to ensure proper handover of global programs by creating clear and executable delivery packs
  • Monitor deployment status & ensure smooth communication with local
  • Support in driving engagement by actively animating the Learning community.
About you


About You:


  • You have 58+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or relevant related HR experience.
  • You are an experienced business partner, easily building relations with stakeholders in complex, matrix, multicultural environments.
  • You have strong organizational skills and project management skills
  • You have excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
  • You are fluent in English. Other languages are welcome (French/ Spanish/ etc).
