Overview of Position:

This position is responsible for client management which includes ensuring the execution of sponsorship deliverables across the company's portfolio of assets (with a particular focus on Esports) and maintaining long-term relationships with commercial partners.

This role also includes contributing towards sales opportunities, business development, and managing new projects.


Duties and Areas of Responsibility:

Support both rights holder management & sales team by providing exceptional service to clients to ensure the delivery of sponsorship rights and entitlements, exceeding their needs and expectations to sustain a long-term client relationship.

Support the rights holder management team to ensure the rights holder delivers the committed entitlements.

Operate as the point of contact and handle all communication in a highly professional and timely manner.


To be able to take the lead in assigned projects, ensuring that teammates are kept up to date with information about the project, and also be able to act in a supportive role in other projects.

Work closely with and coordinate among various internal teams to attain a smooth delivery of

the clients' sponsorship rights and entitlements such as activations and marketing

collaborations.


Collaborate and assist the sales and rights holder teams on potential brand activation projects through the development of ideas, proposal creation, and execution.

Deal with all client administration matters and assist with additional ad hoc tasks as required.

Assist the rights holder management and sales team exploring new business development opportunities.


Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent proved experience;
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in account servicing, client management, event
management, or marketing and sponsorship activations;

  • Fluent English & Korean speaking and additional languages relevant for the region appreciated
  • Experience and understanding of Esports
  • Flexible and adaptable when met with challenges and handling clients;
  • Maintains professional and ethical standards in the work environment;
  • Excellent communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong coordination, organization and multitasking skills;
  • Ability to work with multiple internal and external partners and clients across all levels;
  • Ability to build on clients' insights and develop solutions based on customer needs;
  • Willing to work extended hours during event day activation and deliver results under
pressure
