Job Description:


As Global Director, Brand Partnerships for the Premium, Midscale and Economy (PME) Marketing division, you will have the opportunity to work alongside each of the Brand teams to strategically define the Partnerships & Collaborations strategy per brand as well as execution and launch of key strategic partnerships.

You will manage relationships with world class brands with the goal of delivering a unique guest experience, strong marketing & PR visibility as well as driving commercial value for our hotels.

A strategic thinker who is able to translate Partnership strategy at scale, and deliver replicable partnership platforms & frameworks to be executed across the world to a portfolio of over 4700 hotels.


You will be part of the Global Brand Partnerships, Events, PR & Influence team and will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Events & Activations, Brands & Segment, PR, and Social Media & Regional Hub teams to develop strategic plans that align directly with the brands' business goals.

  • What you will be doing:_
  • Own, develop and manage global relationships with key strategic partners
  • Develop strategic direction to create, improve and/or expand existing brand partnership programs
  • Act the lead expert on negotiation strategy and execution of partner related contracts ensuring exclusivity to innovative brand programs
  • Demonstrate positive ROI on partner related activities and programs
  • Create and deploy SOPs/Toolkits/ Guidelines & best practices to the network
  • Budget management & oversight
  • Own all executional components of partnerships roll out, internal/external communications, tracking, guest & hotel feedback, partner satisfaction
  • Manage team reporting and scorecard, as well as deployment of these metrics to key stakeholders and senior management
  • In close collaboration with Brand teams, Events & PR colleagues collaborate to leverage partnership relationships as key brand moments, program launches, and ongoing experience programs to be replicated at scale
  • Work cross functionally to develop and plan best practice strategies and ensure project taskforces are clear on deliverables, timelines and roles and responsibilities
  • Act as central point of contact for PME Brand Partnerships providing guidance and direction to regional and local hotel teams
  • Source and manage production companies, agencies and vendors to ensure they are meeting the specific design direction and guidelines to ensure consistent brand expression and delivery
  • Foster and maintain relationships within the events industry, key brand partners and relevant agencies, media partners, etc

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in marketing/partnerships/branding
  • Understanding, appreciation, and articulation of hospitality brands & relevant operational constraints
  • Relationshipbuilder with excellent communication skills
  • Proven relationships with Fortune100 brands spanning from retail, fashion, CPG, tech, fitness & wellbeing in key markets WW
  • Have a finger on the pulse of trends, influencers, art, music, food, innovation, etc
  • Experience and cultural understanding of global markets and partnership practices/execution challenges
  • Ability to manage multiple projects on an ongoing basis
  • Must be detail oriented, team player, selfstarter and able to produce quality work in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Global Travel involved
