We are looking for
a Project Management and Content Strategist, who will join the Employer Branding Team to contribute strengthening LVMH as an employer of choice worldwide.

Your role will be to
manage and develop the INSIDE LVMH platform and bring it to the next level.


It is an international
educational platform bridging the gap between the academic and professional world and
transmitting
knowledge on LVMH, its metiers and careers.

It comprises the
INSIDE LVMH
Certificate initiative, an innovative 30-hour learning path to get the fundamentals of LVMH and Luxury.


This job is a great opportunity to deploy an HR omnichannel strategy, to work at the cross-road between geographies (USA, Asia, Europe), business sectors (Fashion and Leather Goods, Wines and Spirits, Watches and Jewelry, Perfumes and Cosmetics, Selective Distribution ), Maisons and functions (retail, marketing, operations, HR), and to interact with a variety of stakeholders.


YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

We need you to accelerate and amplify the INSIDE LVMH program:


  • Drive the content strategy / content creation
  • Create and implement the editorial strategy and yearly content calendar
  • Work hand in hand with Maisons/Regions to consolidate existing content, create new and appropriate content with the support of the communication team and partner agencies.
  • Structure briefs and content formats
  • Act as a change and innovation leader, be curious and creative, create and sustain an engaging storytelling approach and format

Develop acquisition & loyalty, CRM, communication assets

  • Build a strong CRM strategy, with newsletters & notifications for the users of the platform
  • Ensure a
    bestinclass experience on the INSIDE LVMH platform, in coordination with the HRIS team and our external supplier (UX/UI)
  • Create and follow a
    dashboard of KPIs to assess the performance of the content & communication strategy & initiatives.

You are a strategic leader, able to build relationships and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, possess excellent digital and communication skills, and be comfortable with rolling up their sleeves to drive execution.


  • 68 years' work experience in digital communication, digital marketing, content creation, CRM (experience in communication agencies would be a plus).
  • Appetite for corporate communications (previous experience in corporate communications is a plus).
  • Experience in the development of learning programs/elearning modules is a plus.
  • Experience in building and growing programs/initiatives and skilled at developing strategy and change management
  • Program management expertise
  • Written and oral fluency in English (French is not required but is a plus)
  • International experience is a plus
  • Strong sensitivity for the luxury industry
  • A team player, able to influence and deliver, by working crossfunctionally with transversal teams (top management, marketing/communication teams in the Maisons, external experts and stakeholders)
  • Works backwards from internal customer needs and comfortable with presenting to senior leaders to gain support and investment in building, launching, and growing programs. This involves creating narratives and leveraging data to inform decisionmaking.
