An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Citizen Developer with BD, a global leader in Medical Technology.

We are currently recruiting a Citizen Developer to join the Pharmaceutical Systems Data Analytics team in Le Pont de Claix (Grenoble).

With innovative pre-fillable syringes, self-injection systems, safety systems and needle technologies, the Pharmaceutical Systems (PS) team offer an extensive selection of solutions designed to protect, package and deliver drug therapies.

The Citizen Developer is working for the Business Process Excellence organization.

Under the responsibility of the Data Analytics manager, you will maintain and improve tools to support processes optimization, decision processes, analysis and reporting at a global level.

Your main missions will be to

Monitor databases to store Pharm System data
Collaborate with the corporate IT teams and our IT offshore partners to automate data extracts and transformation from our ERP SAP to feed our Analytics databases
Ensure data accuracy, consistency and availability (inventory, production, capacity, quality...)
Ensure reporting, alerts and tools availability daily
Work closely with operational teams to understand their workflows, and improve existing solutions with agility

Who are you?

Ideally coming with a first experience in a similar context, you are flexible and agile, have an IT background and are comfortable in using Excel, VBA, SQL and Microsoft Power Platform.

A previous experience within an Industrial or IT environment is desired.

Essential skills

Good VBA programming competencies

Strong analytical skills
A serviceminded attitude / seek to help mentality
Very good MS Office (Excel/Access/Sharepoint) knowledge
Good interpersonal, communication and team working skills
Proficiency in English
Would be a plus:
Database skills, SQL
Understanding of Data Fullstack & Azure DevOps
ITIL certification and good understanding of SDLC

In this position, you can regularly work in home office.
