The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to one of SIRVA's corporate clients in managing multi-skills tasks.The Assistant plays an important role within the whole team to ensure communication flow between the client, internal team, and outbound providers.
Key position as a link between all members of the Sirva team.Tasks Description
- Mail management
- Reporting,
- Customer & vendor experience, appointments organization & followup
- Updating database, documents upload and monitoring, data fulfillment
- Invoicing updating, preparation followup
- Followup and update of key Excel sheet for reporting purposes
- Archiving
Skills:
- Office 365 (Word/Excel/PPT/Outlook)
- Good level of English
- Accuracy, autonomy, proactivity, interpersonal skills, solutiondriven
- Tenancy Management on the tenant side is a plus
