As a Triggers Animation Coordinator, you will be part of the Customer Animation team within the Europe & Middle East Marketing department.


Your mission will be to contribute to the deployment of Marketing Triggers (automatic marketing campaigns) in all countries of the Europe and Middle East zone.


Your objective will be to enrich the animation plan, by treating the entire customer life cycle with relevant & efficient triggers to improve the customer experience on E-store and in stores.

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:_**- Take part in the definition, framing & deployment of_
_ Marketing Triggers for all countries in the Europe and Middle East zone __(sequence, triggers, message, offer etc.), by matching business issues with the promise and customer issues.

You will be in charge of the_
_ development of new automatic campaigns and their optimization__ _
-
_Development of print & digital communication materials__ for Marketing Triggers, these developments include: _

-
_Ahead of briefs__:_

- _ Organize and lead _
_ideation and co-design workshops__ in person and remotely (product vision, sketching, etc.) with multidisciplinary profiles_
-
_ Ensure the orchestration & follow-up of cross-departmental EME projects: __Project & Innovation, Image, Communication & Campaign Management teams_
-
_ Ensure the integration of customer issues and challenges to bring value to the Briefs and meet identified CRM objectives_
-
_ Writing CRM briefs__: definition of CRM objectives, targets, messages, offers, channels, etc. in accordance with the stakes & needs of the Business Owner(s) Campaign Management._
- _ Achieve _
_finalized CRM assets__ or, prototypes / templates using existing _
_UI and UX__ kits and respecting the principles of ergonomics and accessibility._
-
_ Complete creative follow-up__ with the internal Studio Sephora department & with our external partner agencies. Including the follow-up of PSD, HTML etc. developments_
-
_ Coordination and annual follow-up of the Marketing Triggers __on all the countries of the_
_ Europe and Middle East zone __to guarantee the execution of the plans_

Activity management & analysis:

_ Production of summaries & participation in the follow-up of the analysis__ of the campaigns launched with the Campaign Management & Studies team.

_
- _ Take part in _
_recommendations__ for improving the results of subsequent campaigns with action plans_

  • As part of the implementation of the annual _
    _Marketing Triggers__ plan, you will be responsible for following a "Customer Centric" approach to: _

_Use customer data__ (internal quantitative and qualitative studies) to derive valuable and actionable insights._
-
_ Collaborate with the UX/UI__ _
_teams__ to develop triggers that are ergonomic._
-
_ Conduct competitive intelligence__ around Customer Animation._
- _ Define, prioritize & implement _
_optimizations__ to _
_improve performance__ and ensure deployments on the elements that have a _
_real impact & generate the most value__._

A h_igher education such as business school or university in Marketing, Sales, or Communication._
- _ 4 to 5 years of experience in the creation of CRM action plans & large-scale B2C (business to consumer) projects, in retail, e-commerce, or consulting firm. Experience in CRM, Offer or Supply Chain in the beauty industry would be a plus._
- _ Fluency in English & French allowing you to work daily is a prerequisite. Knowledge of a third language is a plus_
- _ Good knowledge of CRM & the implementation of customer animation plans_
- _ Perfect communicator, you have good people skills and an ability to embark with energy, allowing you to communicate effectively with your various contacts._
- _ Agile, dynamic, rigorous, and reactive, you know how to evolve in a complex and demanding environment and master the multi-project organization. _
- _You have a strong spirit of initiative, with a strong customer sensitivity and a passion for the world of beauty._
- _ Open-minded and curious with a positive & constructive attitude and a _
