Then join CLASQUIN as an **Operational Key Account Manager**

The team is waiting for you for the following missions:

- Understand of the client's needs, proposal and implementation of solutions (operational, IT...)
- Management of the operational team
- Coordinate operations with operational teams
- Create and implement of SOPs, maintenance of data integrity and quality of service
- Manage and analysis of KPIs set up in collaboration with the client and continuous improvement
- Assist in the planning of the client's flows and propose optimizations
- Detect new business opportunities and participation in negotiations or tenders

**Requirements**: based in Villefranche-sur-Saône or in Colombier Saugnieu (near Lyon) or in Lyon, full-time permanent contract. With a Bachelor's degree in International Business (or similar), you have significant operational and commercial experience in the Freight Forwarding industry. You are project-focused, have a good command of English. CargoWise is an asset.

Alors rejoignez CLASQUIN en tant que **Responsable Opérationnel de Compte Stratégique** (H/F)

Toute l'équipe vous attend pour les missions suivantes:

- Compréhension des besoins du client, proposition et mise en place des solutions (opérationnelles, informatiques )
- Management de l'équipe opérationnelle
- Coordination des opérations avec les équipes opérationnelles
- Création, mise en place des SOP, maintien de l'intégrité des données et de la qualité de service
- Gestion et analyse des KPI mis en place en collaboration avec le client et amélioration continue
- Aide à la planification des flux du client et proposition d'optimisations
- Détection des nouvelles opportunités commerciales et participation aux négociations ou appels d'offre

**Des critères pour ce poste** : Basé à Villefranche-sur-Saône, ou à Colombier Saugnieu (proche de Lyon), ou à Lyon, CDI. De formation type Bac+3 en Commerce International, vous avez une expérience significative opérationnelle et commerciale dans le secteur du Freight Forwarding. Vous savez travailler en mode Projet, avez un bon niveau d'anglais et maitriser idéalement CargoWise.
